And here you are!  For whatever reason, you found this page.  My guess is that it is no accident.  You were looking for something... a service or a somebody because something is not as you want it to be.  Acknowledging that is the first of 3 difficult steps.  Believe it or not, you have already completed the 2nd of these steps--By searching for this service or this somebody, you have chosen to open yourself up to new ideas, a new way of being or a new way of doing things.  Congratulations!  The third and most difficult step is to commit yourself to making an appointment to discover that new idea or new way of doing, feeling, or thinking.  Whether you choose to call me or continue your search and find another therapist, I hope you will commit yourself to making that call.  NOW is the time.  I realize taking the next step--making an appointment--is a difficult decision to make and the last thing anyone wants when making the decision for change is to be told they will cannot be seen until the following month or later.  I strive to return calls promptly and hold open a number of new client slots  each day in order to accommodate that first appointment within 5 business days (depending on your availability).

I am skilled in numerous therapy approaches and techniques and use those that seem best-suited to your personal goals and your particular style.  Ultimately, the outcome of therapy should find the realization of your goal as well as the experience of a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
