He maintains a private practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dr. Hoffman is a Fort Wayne native and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Indiana University-Bloomington. Dr. Hoffman completed his graduate and post-graduate studies at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology earning his Master of Arts and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
